Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TubeInsights. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our refund procedures and your eligibility for refunds on purchases made through our Website and Services. This policy is governed by and subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Terms of Service.
1. Legal Consumer Right to Cancel
As a Consumer, you have the legal right to cancel this order within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason. This is a consumer protection right provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at tubeinsights47@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Please note that this right does not apply to digital content or services that you have already started to access, download, or use.
2. Digital Content & Service Exception
Your right to cancel does not apply to video analysis services that you have already initiated, accessed, or had processed. Once your videos have been:
- Fetch or ingestion has begun
- Processing or analysis has begun
- You have accessed reports, analytics, or chat features
The service is considered started and initiated, and is therefore not eligible for cancellation or refund under consumer protection regulations. In such cases, refunds are available only at TubeInsights's sole discretion.
3. One-Time Initial Setup Fee
We charge an initial setup fee of up to $100 for processing and analyzing your YouTube videos. This one-time setup fee is refundable within 3 days of payment, but only if:
- Comments of all the full length videos(excluding Youtube Shorts) have not been fetched
- You have not accessed or downloaded any analysis or reports
- Your refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
After 7 days from the date of purchase, the setup fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of processing status. This fee covers significant infrastructure costs associated with fetching, indexing, and analyzing your video comments through our AI systems.
4. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only if you meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Your refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe (14 days for legal cancellation right, 3 days for setup fees)
- Video processing has not yet completed or services have not been accessed
- Your account has not been flagged for Terms of Service violations
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription period or service
- You are the original account holder making the refund request
- Payment was not made via wire transfer or bank transfer (see Section 6)
Refunds are provided at TubeInsights's sole discretion and may be refused if the above conditions are not met or if we determine the refund request is made in bad faith or as an abuse of our refund policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Subscription periods beyond the 14-day legal cancellation window
- Setup fees requested more than 3 days after purchase
- Services where video processing has already been initiated
- Digital content or services that have been accessed, downloaded, or used
- Accounts flagged for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Unused subscription time after the refund window has closed
- Orders paid via wire transfer or bank transfer
6. Payment Methods & Wire Transfers
Orders paid via wire transfer, bank transfer, or other non-standard payment methods are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, as these payment methods fall outside consumer protection regulations governed by payment processors like Paddle.
We recommend using credit cards, debit cards, or digital payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) for purchases to ensure consumer protection coverage and easier refund processing.
7. Subscription Cancellations & Advance Notice
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, to avoid renewal charges, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation requests received after this 48-hour deadline will be processed with the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
There are no refunds for unused subscription time after the refund window has closed. Partial refunds are not available for cancellations made mid-billing cycle—any refund will apply to the full billing period only.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log into your TubeInsights account and navigate to your account settings
- Click on "Billing" or "Account" section
- Select the transaction or subscription you wish to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a detailed reason for your refund request
- Alternatively, you can email us at tubeinsights47@gmail.com with your account information and reason for refund
9. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review and process it within 5-10 business days. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid by credit card, the refund will typically appear as a credit on your next billing statement.
10. Sales Tax & VAT Refunds
If you believe you were overcharged for sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes, you must contact TubeInsights support within 60 days of your purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund.
Sales tax refunds cannot be issued after the 60-day window has closed. Please provide documentation of the overcharge when submitting your request.
11. Failed or Defective Services
If our Services fail to perform as described in our documentation, or if there is a technical error that prevents you from using the Services, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the refund window. Please contact us immediately at tubeinsights47@gmail.com to report the issue and provide documentation of the problem.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing dispute or concern, please contact us first at tubeinsights47@gmail.com to resolve the issue amicably. We are committed to working with you to find a solution.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card company or bank without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account and prohibit you from using TubeInsights services in the future.
Repeated chargebacks or disputes without attempting direct resolution may result in permanent account termination. We reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels for fraudulent chargebacks.
13. Special Promotions and Discounts
If you purchased a subscription through a special promotion, discount code, or partner offer, your refund will be calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the regular price. Some promotional offers may have their own specific refund policies that override this general policy. Please check the terms of your specific promotion for details.
14. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of our Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by prominently displaying a notice on our Website.
